Sydney, Australia synth-pop duo AViVAA enjoy stretching the boundaries of electronic music, favouring a sound that simmers and shivers down the spine with its bass-heavy, haunting melodies and lyrics that match.  Their recent single, “Guilded Cage” is at turns subtly sinister and anguished, evoking the sense of spirit longing to soar, but ultimately paralyzed.  Gorgeous vocals that remind listeners of Data Romance or Elizabeth Fraser.
