Of all of the albums I have listened to, of all the artists I love so dearly, The Wall, Pink Floyd’s rock opera opus remains one of the greatest artistic achievements of all time. At times so metaphorical as to be bizarre, at others played simple and straight lyrically, the work is so potent and resonant that even non-Floyd fans can appreciate its merits.
In honour of having the privilege of seeing the work performed live by Roger Waters (a total dream come true), the classic staple track.
