Damn The Man! Week – Day 2 brings us one of the more powerful and beautiful tracks by a staple band of the film’s era, The Cranberries.  Their well-regarded disc Everybody Else Is Doing It, So Why Can’t We? provides a perfect song of betrayal and isolation for the troubled Corey after realizing the foolishness of her plans.  It’s poignant, angry but also sorrowful, even regretful….
