When days get hard, and life gives me a swift kick to gut, it’s when I find out who my truest friends are.  I have a few, glorious, wonderful friends upon whom I can rely,many of them long a part of my tapestry.

But my greatest ally is the one who truly sees me at my worst, and never backs down, even if I wonder why he’s not running for the hills.  He stands firm in these strange days, a comfort since I will stand firm for him every time.

We truly are in this together.
