Posted late due to G20 – Man, my job was fun last week! *eyeroll*

It is impossible to make a list of songs from this era in my life without this track. Forever destined to be my favourite track by this band, I am so grateful to have heard it during my final Nine Inch Nails show (seemingly forever, as per Trent’s choice to end the band’s touring). There aren’t words enough to capture how relevant the track is, or how many times it played on darker days, spurring me on towards something better.

And it’s true, for me: music won’t let me give in on any level. It’s powerful, far more than many artists even understand. One great song can inspire, can change a life. This is one of them.
