When Veruca Salt disbanded due to the complicated romantic lives of its female leads, Louise Post and Nina Gordon, I eagerly awaited their next releases, curious to see how each would proceed.  Nina Gordon delivered an album full of regret, longing and apology, ethereal songs blended with bubblegum punk that made for a disc I could play endlessly from start to finish.

This track remains one of my favourite Nina-penned tracks of all time.  It’s simply gorgeous.
