This song is one of those tracks that endures for its sheer emotion and also, its strong structure, lyrically and musically.  I spent a lot of time in high school blaring the Big Ones greatest hits collection, but this was always one of my very favourites.  The video itself is one of the band’s better ones;  the scene where Janie assembles shattered fragments into the word ‘lost’ is particularly effective.
