Glee, take three!

I’ve mentioned before that it is in my DNA to love the band Queen.  I firmly believe, however, that Freddie Mercury’s operatic vocals are legendary to many.  How else would the musical We Will Rock You thrive?  Why is there an entire Singstar karaoke game devoted to the band’s body of work?

This gorgeous version of a classic Queen hit performed by the Glee cast is a highlight of the iPod playlist.  Lea Michele’s soaring notes blend beautifully with Corey Monteith’s quirky Mercury-esque delivery of verses.  It also represents the first major performance featuring the entire club as it currently stands.
