I cannot be the only one who remembers and loves this song.
The video is initially what led to this song making a snug home in my skull, with its warring women fighting for the life of a man and its operatic feel a la Queen. But the song’s lyrics are actually gorgeous in a sad way, and truth be told, Hormonally Yours is a pretty damn awesome album of 80s sounds. I suggest giving it a spin if you were ever a fan of early Madonna, Bananarama or perhaps Belinda Carlisle.
In the meantime, a vintage classic…
