Operation Disc Drop 2: The Workers Need a Protest

Second drop today!  Left this one in the PATH system outside the Winners in the Scotia Place near King subway station in Toronto, nestled with a copy of the morning’s Metro.

A nice ‘worker angst’ sort of mix!  A repeat song from the first drop, but it just fit so freaking well with the theme.  😉

1. Day Job – Sunshine State
2. Handshakes – Metric
3. Slave to the Wage – Placebo
4. All The Young Dudes – Mott the Hoople
5. Common People – Pulp
6. Sinners of Saint Avenue – Slave to the Squarewave
7. Livin’ on a Prayer – Bon Jovi
8. Optimist Party – Karen Kosowski
9. Money – Pink Floyd
10. Apparitions – Matthew Good Band
11. (Antichrist Television Blues) – Arcade Fire
12. Fortunate Son – Creedence Clearwater Revival
13. Machinehead – Bush
14. A Better Son-Daughter – Rilo Kiley
15. Coming Up – Ani Difranco

I’d like to hope some poor slave to the man found it, but I think towards the end of a work week, a nice mix ranting about the woes of middle class life would be soothing 😉  I look forward to blasting it today on my way out of the country for the long weekend.
